AnitaB.org Grace Hopper Celebration, the world's largest gathering of women technologists, sought to reach out to female BIPOC technologists or BIPOC females interested in exploring a career change in the tech space to increase event registrations. To achieve this goal, they leveraged influencer marketing through a well-crafted influencer campaign that was designed to reach their target audience.

Objective:

The objective of the campaign was to drive awareness and increase event registrations for the Grace Hopper Celebration '22 by reaching female BIPOC technologists or BIPOC females interested in exploring a career change in the tech space.

Methodology:
